The Bourne Carbon Ti is made using a bidirectional carbon tubular frame. The core is 38 mm SOFTCOLOR CORE EVA rubber of medium hardness, laminated with layers of carbon and fiberglass fabric, and reinforced with carbon fiber. All fabrics are impregnated with Varlion's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin and covered with a layer of titanium dioxide.

This racket is made in the BOURNE shape, a hybrid born from the fusion of traditional diamond-shaped power rackets and teardrop-balanced designs. It is an exclusive shape by Varlion that adds a control element to offensive rackets, offering 60% power and 40% control.

TECHNOLOGIES:

Aerodynamic Drilling: Studies conducted in fluid dynamics software have shown that drilling in the center of the racket can create turbulence. The Bourne Carbon Ti avoids this with a unique drilling system known as Aerodynamic Drilling, improving resistance in the core and creating a more homogeneous hit, thus expanding the racket's sweet spot.

Softcolor: Softcolor is an aesthetic innovation that colors the rubber to match the overall design of the racket, giving it a colorful, elegant, and novel touch.

Hexaforce: Hexaforce is a technology applied to the bridge of the racket, designed by Varlion to enhance rigidity and stability, while also optimizing airflow for superior aerodynamics.

Hexagon Frame and Protector: The Hexagon frame strengthens one of the racket’s most sensitive areas, providing increased resistance to prevent potential breakage. The Bourne Carbon Ti also includes an adhesive protector that fits perfectly with this hexagonal frame.

Handlesafety Technology: Handlesafety is the security system designed for the handle of the racket. Traditionally, rackets are built with a centered hole in the handle for the wrist strap, which can sometimes fail and lead to the racket detaching from the string, causing potential danger.
