If you decide to use our form, you will need to provide your Order Number in the Subject and share a brief explanation for your return.   2. Shipping Back the Item/s: Upon contacting support and receiving your instructions, you are encouraged to proceed with shipping the item/s back to us. Notably, you won't be responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to our facility, as our support team will promptly provide a prepaid return label upon request. To facilitate an easier follow-up and ensure a smoother process, we kindly request that you confirm the return shipment once it has been taken care of.   • Item/s Condition: For returning shoes, bags, apparel, and other forms of textile products, please ensure that your return is in NEW condition, UNWORN, and UNWASHED. For Padel Rackets, Pickleball Paddles, and any other form of racquets, please ensure to return those in their original packaging and be in NEW, UNMARKED, and UNUSED condition to be eligible for a return.

  • Shipping Issues / Various Claims: Claim Policy (up to 90 Days):
    In the event of failed orders, issues with orders, or any other form of claim, our extended policy facilitates claims within a generous timeframe of up to 90 days. This provides ample opportunity for thorough assessment and resolution, ensuring your satisfaction throughout the claims process.

  • Inspection and Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow our team to inspect and process all items, this process might take up to 15 days. We want to ensure that each return is handled with care and accuracy, so we appreciate your patience during this period.

  • Refund Issuance: After the inspection and processing are both complete, we will issue a refund for any returned items. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Our Return Policy For Defective Equipment

If you discover a defect in the paddle within 30 days of purchase, we will promptly send you a replacement paddle along with a prepaid return label for the defective item. We kindly request that you reach out to us at before returning the equipment to confirm its eligibility within the 30-day return period.
