We offer an easy and free return policy on all our products — including pickleball paddles, padel rackets, and other merchandise. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just follow the steps below.

  1. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us:

    Email us at support@racketcentral.com — please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

    Or fill out our quick Return Request Form (be sure to include your order number in the subject).

    Our support team will reply within 1-2 business days and guide you through the next steps. For products fulfilled by our brand partners, we’ll coordinate with them to issue a return label directly to your email.


  2. Shipping Back Your Item(s):

    Once your return is approved and you’ve received instructions from our team, you’ll be provided with a prepaid return label — no shipping costs will apply.

    Once you’ve shipped your return, please confirm with our support team so we can efficiently track the process on our end and ensure everything proceeds smoothly.

    The return address will be printed directly on the prepaid label and will correspond to the appropriate warehouse — either ours or that of our fulfillment partner.

Please take into account the following to facilitate your claim:

  • Item/s Condition

    Shoes, bags, apparel, and other textile products must be new, unworn, and unwashed.

    Padel rackets, pickleball paddles, and any other racquets must be returned in their original packaging and be new, unmarked, and unused.

  • Claim Policy – Up to 30 Days:

    For failed deliveries, order issues, or other claims, you have up to 30 days to contact us and open a case. This extended timeframe allows us to assess and resolve your issue thoroughly to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Inspection and Processing Time:

    Once your return is received, please allow our team up to 15 business days to inspect and process your item(s). We handle each return with care and appreciate your patience.

    After processing, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Our Return Policy For Defective Equipment

If you discover a defect in any of our rackets or paddles within 30 days of purchase, we will promptly send you a replacement along with a prepaid return label for the defective item. We kindly request that you reach out to us at support@racketcentral.com before returning the equipment to confirm its eligibility within the 30-day return period. If your concern falls outside this timeframe, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for assistance with warranty-related issues.
