For monogrammed/personalized items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. In your order notes please denote what you would like it to say and which lettering option you would like (options shown at end of product photos).

Note - Monograms will be stamped in foil to match the zipper and hardware unless otherwise requested to be clear embossed.

Most orders ship from Fort Lauderdale, Florida through trusted carriers with 2 Day, 3 Day, and Priority options.

Orders placed by 1 PM ET are processed the same day. Tracking details, when available, will be sent via email and typically update within 24–48 hours.

We offer free and easy returns for all products. Contact us at support@racketcentral.com with your order number to start the process. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Defective equipment can be replaced within 30 days. Contact us for a prepaid return label and confirmation.
