What is the difference in styles?

The Full Ankle Compression Sleeve is a sock-like compression sleeve that slips over your foot and ankle, covering the entirety of your ankle joint as well as the arch of your foot and your Achilles tendon. It is the preferred ankle compression sleeve for swelling, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendonitis.

The X-Fit Ankle Compression Sleeve provides support in a figure “8” pattern, covering the areas that are most often associated with a sprain or strain of the ankle joint. It does not cover as much of the arch of the foot and only covers the lowest portion of the Achilles tendon. It is the preferred product for proprioception and for those who want as little material in their shoe as possible.

Please measure the circumference of your ankle, from your heel diagonally crossing the front of your ankle where it bends and going around and back to your heel. See the diagram for a picture. Please do not measure your lower leg. Please do not order based on shoe size.
